I recently purchased a 2024 BZ4X from Toyota of Bellingham. The sales representative Johan knew the product and was very efficient in completing the process. A test drive and a couple of negotiated items on the final price and I was in documentation. I was equally impressed with Jessica who ran the documentation. She was ready and prepared. The whole process was actually very personable and streamlined.
Jacob made our recent used vehicle purchase a very enjoyable experience. Communication was always prompt but never rushed. The car we were intersted in had more technology than we were used to and Jacob offered to show us through every function. He patiently answered every question and his knowledge was impressive.
